Ken has been the proud owner and operator of NCI since 1998. With over 40 years of expertise in the sign industry, he generously shares his wealth of knowledge with our team of installers. Ken's extensive experience includes travelling across New Zealand to install a diverse range of signage, from pylons and monoliths to graphics and LEDs. Throughout his remarkable career, Ken has played a pivotal role in devising site plans and diagrams for Mobil, as well as crafting the distinctive signage family for Z.

Laurel now oversees both project management and sales responsibilities. Her role encompasses client communication and staff coordination.

Doug has been an integral part of the NCI team since 2008, serving as one of our senior installers. His expertise spans a wide range of areas including POS shop fit-outs, graphics, high-rise installations, LED installations, and beyond. With extensive travel throughout New Zealand. In addition to his hands-on experience, Doug holds registered qualifications in his field and remains committed to ongoing training and skill development to stay abreast of industry advancements.

Since joining NCI in 2016, Mana has steadily advanced his skills over the past three years. Notably, he spearheaded our civil division during the installation of bus shelters across New Zealand. Armed with a degree in business, Mana is actively engaged in on-the-job learning alongside our senior installers, gaining expertise in POS shop fit-outs, graphics, and various other aspects of our operations. His hands-on experience has taken him across the country, where he applies his growing skills and knowledge.
